Welcome to my web site. My name is Shauna Wyldeck-Estrada. I am a homeopath and I have a great interest in all things organic and environmentally friendly.

Homeopathy is a safe and effective form of natural medicine which helps the body heal itself. It is based on the Law of Similars which recognises that what can make you sick can also heal. pestle and mortar

In contrast to conventional medicine that sees the symptoms as a direct cause of the illness, homeopathy sees the symptoms as the body's reaction against the illness as it attempts to overcome it and seeks to stimulate and not suppress this reaction.

Homeopathy focuses on treating the patient as whole rather than the disease. One of the principles of homeopathy is that people vary in their response to disease according to their temperament. Therefore a detailed consultation is always required in order to find the remedy that suits not only the illness presented but the person who manifests the symptoms.

CLINIC AT 61

Clinic at 61 is a student teaching clinic which opens once a month. The clinic is run by students and supervised by me. This is a low cost clinic, the patient is seen by a student homeopath for one hour and then the case is discussed with me and other students and the remedy is prescribed accordingly. The price for the patient is £25.
